4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can also substitute with thighs)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1. Combine above ingredients in a re-sealable bag. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
2. Place on a grill or grill pan on medium heat for about 7 minutes per side or until browned. Flip and continue cooking for an additional 7 minutes or until juices run clear.
